Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 2024

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of outsourced call centre services by Ticewi to its business clients, and the use of the Ticewi website. Please read them carefully before placing an order or engaging our services. By instructing Ticewi or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Who We Are

The services described on this website are provided by:

For any question relating to these Terms, an existing order, or a complaint, please contact us using the details above. We aim to acknowledge all written enquiries within two business days.

2. How an Order Is Placed and Confirmed

Prospective clients may request our outsourced call centre services by contacting us via email, telephone, or the enquiry form on this website. Following an enquiry, we will typically:

  1. Discuss your requirements and prepare a written proposal or quotation;
  2. Issue a service agreement or order confirmation setting out the scope of work, service levels, duration and pricing;
  3. Treat the contract as concluded only once both parties have confirmed acceptance in writing (including by email).

No service obligation arises from an initial enquiry or verbal discussion alone. Ticewi reserves the right to decline any enquiry or order at its discretion, for example where capacity, scope, or compliance requirements cannot be met.

3. Prices, Payment and What Is Included

All prices quoted are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) unless stated otherwise, and VAT will be added at the applicable UK rate where chargeable. Pricing for outsourced call centre services depends on factors such as call volume, staffing levels, hours of coverage, and any bespoke reporting or technology requirements, and will be set out in the order confirmation or service agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees cover the agreed scope of call handling services only. Additional services, out-of-scope requests, extended hours, or changes to agreed volumes may be charged separately, and we will notify you before carrying out any chargeable additional work.

Invoices are payable within the timeframe stated on the invoice. Late payment may result in suspension of services and may attract statutory interest under applicable UK law on late commercial payments.

4. Cancellation and Complaints

4.1 Cancellation

Either party may cancel or terminate a service agreement in accordance with the notice period specified in that agreement. Where no notice period has been separately agreed, either party may terminate by giving no less than 30 days' written notice. Cancellation does not affect fees properly incurred for services already performed up to the date of termination.

4.2 Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us at info@ticewi.click with details of your concern. We will investigate promptly and respond with our findings and, where appropriate, proposed remedial action. We aim to resolve complaints fairly and within a reasonable timeframe, and will keep you informed of progress if further investigation is required.

5. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits Ticewi's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the law of England and Wales.

Subject to the above, Ticewi shall not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, or anticipated savings arising from or in connection with the services provided. Our total liability arising out of or in connection with any service agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the services giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the event.

We will use reasonable skill and care in performing our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, as call handling operations may be affected by factors outside our reasonable control, including third-party network or system failures.

6. Cookies and Website Use

This website uses a single cookie, named consent_ok, which stores your cookie consent choice for a period of one year. No analytics, tracking, or session cookies are set by this website. Advertising measurement, where applicable, runs only after you have given consent and is limited to the confirmation page.

For details on how we handle personal data, please refer to our separate Privacy Policy. Any data protection enquiry, including requests relating to your rights under the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018, may be sent to info@ticewi.click. If you remain unsatisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the supervisory authority for data protection in the United Kingdom.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any contract for services entered into with Ticewi are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

8. Changes to These Terms

Ticewi may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The version published on this website at the time of your enquiry or order shall apply. Material changes affecting an existing service agreement will be communicated to affected clients in advance.
